Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural, and is located in Planning District 37, south of Gayfer Road Extension and west of Liberty Lane. The applicant is asking that it be rezoned to RSF-1, Residential Single Family.
The Planning Commission considered this request at their October 3, 2024, meeting and voted 9-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
