BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The subject property is currently zoned RV-2, Recreational Vehicle Park District, and is located in Planning District 30 between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The applicant would like PRD approval to create 114 sites on 39.97 acres with the option for each site to have a casita along with an RV.
The Planning Commission considered this request at their February 6, 2025, meeting and voted 6-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
