BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on December 16, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. Three (3) bids were received. The lowest bid was received from Landers McLarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, however, the dealer informed staff on December 17, 2025, that the vehicle had been sold and was no longer available. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, Chuck Stevens Automotive, for the purchase of One (1) New 2025 Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk in the amount of $40,994.00.
