STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve an Intergovernmental Service Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and the City of Bay Minette for the Highway Department (Traffic Control Section) to stripe the following roads within City of Bay Minette city limits for an estimated cost of $6,144.92 for labor and equipment:
Iola Street from Hand Avenue to Auburn Avenue - 653.72 LF
Petty Lane from McMeans Avenue to McMillan Avenue - 922.58 LF
Hall Avenue from D’Olive Street to W 14th Street - 4,954.17 LF
W 13th Street from Red Hill Road to N Dobson Avenue - 1,416.53 LF
Thomley Avenue from E Sixth Street to E Ninth Street - 1,152.93 LF
Marks Avenue from E Second Street to 1,200 feet north of E 12th Street - 4,704.54 LF
Anderson Boulevard from Still Boulevard to Carroll Street - 950.44 LF
Still Boulevard from Dr Martin Luther King Boulevard to the north 524.64 feet - 524.64 LF
Mitchell Avenue from Bell Street to the north 772.78 feet - 772.78 LF
The City of Bay Minette will be invoiced the actual project cost for labor and equipment and will provide materials for the project.
This agreement shall be effective upon full execution and terminate after twelve (12) months unless terminated by either party upon delivery of a thirty (30) day notice of termination.
