Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-087, which approves Case No. Z26-14, Robison Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 2.5± acres as located in Planning (Zoning) District 22, from RSF-1, Single Family District, and RTF-4, Two Family District, to exclusively RTF-4, Two Family District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background: The subject property is currently zoned both RSF-1, Single Family District, and RTF-4, Two Family District, and is located in Planning District 22, north of Collier Road and east of County Road 93 in the Lillian community. The applicant is requesting to rezone 2.5± acres from RSF-1 and RTF-4 to exclusively RTF-4, Two Family District, for continued residential use.
