BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The subject property is currently zoned B-2, Neighborhood Business District, and is located north of US Highway 98, between Saint Francis Street and 6th Street. The applicant is requesting to rezone the 0.45 acre property from B-2 to B-4, Major Commercial District to establish continuity with the adjacent properties owned by the applicant in preparation for future sale or development of the property.
The Planning Commission recommended APPROVAL at their November 7, 2024, meeting.
