STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement for Geographic Information Systems Support Services between the Baldwin County Commission and Keet Consulting Services, LLC, in the amount of $74,700.00 for Fiscal Year 2027.
The Agreement is effective upon full execution for twelve (12) months with an option to renew for two (2) additional years and may be terminated by either party upon ninety (90) days written notice.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Communications/Information Services (CIS) / Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is responsible for providing coordination, supervision, and overall direction for the County’s GIS Division. CIS / GIS staff are responsible for all phases of GIS development, implementation, and maintenance of database and server management. In addition to coordinating departmental needs within the County, CIS / GIS also coordinates with other governmental agencies and various private sector entities in order to reap the benefits of developing a countywide GIS. CIS would like to keep these services with Keet Consulting Services, LLC, in the amount of $74,700.00 for FY 2027.
Previous Commission action/date: 10/03/2023 - Approved the Agreement with Keet Consulting Services, LLC, for GIS Support Services.
