Recommendation
Approve the promotion of Whitney Buzbee from the Personal Property Appraiser Trainee position (#5592) grade 309 ($19.84 per hour / $41,265.12 annually) to fill the open Personal Property Appraiser I position (#5692) at a grade 310 ($21.43 per hour / $44,574.40 annually) to be effective no sooner than April 21, 2025.

Background: The Personal Property Appraiser I position was vacated by the promotion of the previous employee. The employee met the requirements of promotion due to the completion of the ACA exam. The Revenue Commissioner respectfully requests that the above recommendation is approved.
