BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on June 5, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Three (3) bids were received. The lowest bid received was from Star Logistics Solutions, LLC, which is an out-of-state vendor not registered with the Alabama Secretary of State to do business in Alabama as required in Alabama Code Section 10A-1-7.01. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, who met all the specifications, LRT Solutions, Inc., per the Award Listing. Bid Tabulation attached for review.
