Award Bid #WG25-07 for the Provision of Guardrail Installation and Repair on County Right-of-Ways to the apparent lowest bidder C & H Construction Services, LLC, as per the Award Listing and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract. (Contract effective immediately upon the same date as its full execution for twelve (12) months.)

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on February 3, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. Two (2) bids were received. The apparent lowest bidder, C & H Construction Services, LLC, was selected based on the line items that the County uses the most. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the Provision of Guardrail Installation and Repair on County Right-of-Ways to the apparent lowest bidder C & H Construction Services, LLC, as per the Award Listing. Bid Tabulation is attached for review.
Previous Commission action/date: 01/07/2025 meeting: 1) Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Provision of Guardrail Installation and Repair on County Right-of-Ways for the Baldwin County Commission; and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
