STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve License Agreement #24007 permitting Celebration Church of Fairhope c/o Johnny Hunt to construct a gravel driveway on the Ezell Lane right-of-way to access a new parking area.
The term of this agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License for installation shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2024. License for maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the agreement.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Johnny Hunt with Celebration Church of Fairhope desires to construct a gravel driveway 140 feet in length and 15 feet wide to access a new parking area being built on church property. Any damage to private property or county right-of-way shall be repaired to the previous state or improved as required by Baldwin County. Appropriate erosion and sediment control practices shall be utilized. All improvements constructed by Licensee shall be maintained by the Licensee for any and all portions of the property that is not County maintained. The Licensee shall have the property surveyed and staked prior to performing work. Any further development shall not be allowed until a new agreement is obtained.
