STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

 

1) Approve the sale of one (1) 2010 Ford F150 (VIN# 1FTFW1E84AFD91777) from the Baldwin County Coroner’s Office to the Town of Silverhill, Alabama, for $5,200.00; and

 

2) Authorize the Chairman to execute the Fixed Asset Change Form.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Mayor Jared Lyles from the Town of Silverhill is requesting assistance from Baldwin County in obtaining a maintenance vehicle for their town.

 

Per Baldwin County Commission Policy #8.8, the sale price for the vehicle shall be 80% of the asset’s fair market value.
