STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the employment of Aldain Brown to fill the open Detention Worker position (#563) at a grade 309 ($22.50 per hour / $46,800.00 annually), with said salary due to experience; and
2) Approve the employment of Harvey Turner to fill the open Detention Supervisor (#5340) at a grade 313 ($28.50 per hour / $59,280.00 annually), with said salary due to experience.
These actions shall be effective no sooner than April 13, 2026.

Background: The Detention positions were vacated due to the resignation of the previous employees. The JDC Director respectfully requests that the above recommendations are approved.
