Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on March 27, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. Five (5) bids were received. No bids were received for the Articulating Concrete Block Mats. Highway staff recommends the Commission not re-bid this category at this time. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the provision of erosion control materials to the lowest responsible bidders, Baldwin Feed and Seed, LLC, Cleverdon Farms, Inc., D Volovecky Farms, LLC, and Evans & Company, Inc., per the Award Listings.
