STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreements between the Baldwin County Commission and the following entities for the use of the Baldwin County 700/800 MHz Interoperability Communications System:
Elberta Volunteer Fire Department
Elsanor Volunteer Fire Department
Rabun Volunteer Fire Department
Each Agreement shall take effect upon full execution for a term of three (3) years unless terminated by either party.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Agreements establish the permission, guidelines, compensation and requirements for the use of the Baldwin County Interoperability Radio System.
Previous Commission action/date:
October 18, 2022 - Approved the previous Agreements with Elberta VFD and Elsanor VFD.
March 21, 2023 - Approved the previous Agreement with Rabun VFD.
