Background:  The subject property is currently Zoned RSF-1, Residential Single Family, and is located in Planning District 33, west of Liberty Street and south of Widell Avenue. The applicant is requesting that it be rezoned to RSF-2, Residential Single Family, for residential purposes. 
 
The Planning Commission considered this request at its March 6, 2025, meeting and voted 6-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
