Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-094, which approves Case No. Z25-05, Warner Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 1.7 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 33, from RSF-1, Residential Single Family, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently Zoned RSF-1, Residential Single Family, and is located in Planning District 33, west of Liberty Street and south of Widell Avenue. The applicant is requesting that it be rezoned to RSF-2, Residential Single Family, for residential purposes.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at its March 6, 2025, meeting and voted 6-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
