STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2024-108, which approves Case No. Z24-10 Hamm Enterprises LTD Property, as it pertains to the rezoning of 22.87 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 33, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-4, Residential Single-Family District.End

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is undeveloped. The adjacent properties are zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District and RSF-3, Residential Single-Family District. The requested change from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-4, Residential Single-Family District, is for a moderate density residential designation for another phase of Spanish Cove.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at their April 4, 2024, meeting and voted 8-1 to recommend DENIAL to the County Commission.
