STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Approve License Agreement #26008 permitting Todd Huddleston to clear 400 feet of underbrush and small trees 1 to 3 inches in diameter from Rester Avenue, an unopened, unmaintained right-of-way, to access his property.

 

The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License for Installation shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. on January 31, 2027. Maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the Agreement or until modified by written agreement with Licensor.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Todd Huddleston desires to clear 400 feet of underbrush and small trees 1 to 3 inches in diameter on Rester Avenue, an unopened, unmaintained right-of-way, to access his property. Any damage to private property or County right-of-way shall be repaired to the previous state or improved as required by Baldwin County. Notices were sent to adjacent property owners notifying them of the requested license agreement.
