BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on February 19, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. Six (6) bids were received. Bids were tabulated and award recommendations were made, taking into consideration the supply location and transportation cost for materials that are to be "picked-up" by the County. Bid Tabulations and Award Listings are attached for review. 2024 Award Listings are also attached for comparison.
Previous Commission action/date:
01/21/2025 meeting: Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Provision of Crushed Aggregates for the Baldwin County Commission; and further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
