STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the lateral transfer of Amanda Thweatt from the Logistics Division Manager position (#3074) grade S313 ($55,057.60 annually) to fill the Operations Division Manager position (#1044), with no change in salary; and

2) Approve the employment of Anna-Marie O'Brien to fill the open Emergency Management Specialist position (#5560) at a grade 309 ($19.17 per hour / $39,873.60 annually).

These actions shall be effective no sooner than April 7, 2025.

Background:  The Operations Division Manager position was vacated due to the resignation of previous employee. The EMA Director respectfully requests that the above recommendations are approved.
