STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Approve the Quote for Commercial / Industrial Real Property Consultant Services from Lisa A. Hobart, LLC, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract. (Contract effective upon full execution for a period of thirty-six (36) months).

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The Baldwin County Revenue Commissioner, Teddy Faust, respectfully requests that the Commission approve the Quote for Commercial / Industrial Real Property Consultant Services with Lisa A. Hobart, LLC, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract. 

 

The Novelis project required special consultation and with the rapid growth of commercial and industrial development in the County more consultation services are needed than initially expected.
