STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the promotion of Reginald Stanton from the Operator Technician III position (#317) grade 310 ($24.41 per hour / $50,722.80 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician IV position (#5128), at a grade 312 ($26.36 per hour / $54,828.80 annually); and
2) Approve the promotion of Ian Hantz from the Operator Technician III position (#379) grade 310 ($23.85 per hour / $49,608.00 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician IV position (#881), at a grade 312 ($25.76 per hour / $53,580.80 annually).
These actions shall be effective no sooner than August 11, 2025.

Background: The Operator Technician IV positions were vacated due to resignation/retirement of the previous employees. The County Engineer respectfully requests that the above recommendations are approved.
