STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve License Agreement #26014 permitting Clearwave Fiber, LLC, to install 690 feet of fiber optic cable along Red Fish Point Road.
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License for Installation shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2027. Maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the Agreement or until modified by written agreement with Licensor.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Clearwater Fiber, LLC, desires to install 690 feet of fiber optic cable along Red Fish Point Road. Any damage to private property or County right-of-way shall be repaired to the previous state or improved as required by Baldwin County.
