STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Approve the voluntary demotion of Tammy Monte from the Operations Support Specialist II Highway position (#5222) grade 307 ($20.05 per hour / $41,704.00 annually) in Highway Department Area 100 (53111), to fill the open Customer Service Representative I position (#148) grade 306 ($19.05 per hour / $39,624.00 annually) in the Citizen Services Department (51130) to be effective no sooner than July 31, 2023.

Background:  The Customer Service Representative I position was vacated due to the resignation of the previous employee.  The County Administrator respectfully requests that the above recommendation is approved.
