Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for improvements to the Lillian Recreation Center; and


2) Approve the Chairman to execute any project related documents.

Background:  Improvements to the Lillian Recreation Center will include improved parking and ADA accessibility, a pavilion, and a new restroom facility.
