Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the County Road 11 (Greeno Road) Drainage Improvement Project; and
2) Approve the Chairman to execute any project related documents.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: This project is located on County Road 11 (Greeno Road) in the Barnwell Community. Numerous flooding events have occurred over the years causing roadway failures, ditch erosion, loss of access to property and flooding of homes.
The proposed improvements include installing a closed drainage system and reinforcing the remaining open ditches with tied concrete block matting.
