Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on May 16, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. Two (2) bids were received. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the Provision of the Fleet Fuel Management Program to the lowest bidder, The McPherson Companies, Inc., per the Award Listing.
