STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Award Bid #WG25-25 to the lowest bidder, The McPherson Companies, Inc., for the Provision of the Fleet Fuel Management Program per the Award Listing. This bid award will be effective for three (3) years and will expire on June 8, 2028.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on May 16, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. Two (2) bids were received. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the Provision of the Fleet Fuel Management Program to the lowest bidder, The McPherson Companies, Inc., per the Award Listing. Bid Tabulation attached for review.
