STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreements between the Baldwin County Commission and the following entities for the use of the Baldwin County 700/800 MHz Interoperable Communications System:
Stapleton Volunteer Fire Department
Belforest Volunteer Fire Department
City of Foley
Each Agreement shall take effect upon full execution for a term of three (3) years unless terminated by either party.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Agreements establish the permission, guidelines, compensation and requirements for the use of the Baldwin County Interoperable Radio System.
Previous Commission action/date:
December 15, 2015 - BCC approved agreements with Stapleton Volunteer Fire Department and Belforest Volunteer Fire Department.
October 18th, 2022 - BCC approved the agreement with the City of Foley.
