BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on June 5, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. Three (3) bids were received. Coblentz Equipment & Parts Co., Inc., did not bid on several parts in each group, therefore staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the Provision of Mower Blades to the lowest responsible bidder, who met all the specifications, Equipment Sales Company, LLC, for Group #1 and Group #2 per the Award Listing.
