Adopt Resolution 2026-002, which approves Case No. Z25-43, Kramer Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 18.44 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 30, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District.
