Recommendation
Approve naming the newly acquired Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) park/boat launch property in Orange Beach as “The Launch at the Intracoastal Waterway.”
In addition, approve the new signage for the above property to be installed.

Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: The Commission and staff have previously discussed officially naming the newly acquired County properties that are to be used as public parks and boat launches and the signage for the properties.
At this time, staff proposes naming the ICW boat launch as “The Launch at the Intracoastal Waterway.”
