STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-149, which approves Case No. Z25-29, Wolf Creek Industries, Inc. Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 40 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 12, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located north of U.S. Highway 90 and south of Price Grubbs Road in the Elsanor community. The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 40 acres from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, for the purpose of single family housing.
