Recommendation
Approve the promotion of Hunter Milstid from the Operator Technician I position (#5687) grade 308 ($19.12 / $39,769.60 annually) to fill the vacant Operator Technician II position (#5385) grade 309 ($20.65 per hour / $42,952.00 annually) to be effective no sooner than May 4, 2026.
