Recommendation
Adopt Resolution #2024-106, which approves Case No. Z24-08, Curtis Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of approximately 2.98 acres, more or less, located in Planning (Zoning) District 35, from RSF-E Residential Single-Family Estate District to RSF-1, Residential Single-Family District.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RSF, Residential Single-Family Estate, and has one dwelling. The property is located on River Road North. The adjoining property to the south and west is zoned RSF-1, Residential Single-Family District, and use is residential. The property adjoining the north is Residential Single-Family Estate and residential use. The property to the east is zoned Residential Single-Family Estate and residential use. The owner requests to rezone 2.98 acres from RSF-E to RSF-1 to subdivide further.
The Planning Commission considered this request at their April 4, 2024, meeting and voted 8-1 to recommend APPROVAL to County Commission
