Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-003, which approves Case No. Z24-33, Chadwell Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 20 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 22, from RA, Rural Agriculture District, to RR, Rural District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agriculture District, and is located north of US Highway 98 and east of Elberta. The applicant is requesting to rezone 20 acres, from RA to RR, Rural District, for the purpose of constructing a warehouse distribution center.

 

The Planning Commission recommended APPROVAL at their September 5, 2024, meeting.
