BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Staff has verified all sales tax requirements have been satisfied, the proposed use is allowed, and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office does not oppose the issuance of the license.
Previous Commission action/date: December 20, 2022 - Commission approved the issuance of 010 - Lounge Retail Liquor - Class I for O and F Development LLC d/b/a Fermo’s Cellar Door. The applicant is now requesting an additional ABC license to operate a package store at the same location in addition to the lounge.
