BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Staff has verified all sales tax requirements have been satisfied, the proposed use is allowed, and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office does not oppose the issuance of the license.
Per Baldwin County Commission Policy #2.6, temporary, non-renewable special event licenses are exempt from the public notification requirements.
Beer, wine, and liquor will be sold at the special event, and no alcoholic beverages are allowed to leave the licensed premises, Weeks Bay Plantation.
