STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Interim Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and S & H Investment Rentals Inc.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Agreement is forthcoming from County Attorney.  This is an interim agreement pending receipt of an Attorney General’s Opinion concerning certain real property located at 15858 LD Bell Road, Bay Minette, Alabama 36507 and identified as PPIN 10808.

 

Previous Commission action/date: 

March 7, 2023 - The BCC took the following actions related to a request for an Attorney General's Opinion regarding the enforcement of a subdivision regulation prohibiting recreational vehicle (RV) sites in mobile home parks in unzoned areas of Baldwin County: 1) Adopted and authorized the execution of Resolution #2023-079; and 2) Authorized the Chairman to execute correspondence to Steve Marshall, Alabama Attorney General; and 3) Approved and authorized the execution of any and all such other related documents by the Chairman necessary to authorize and affect the request of the above Attorney General's Opinion.
