Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-148, which approves Case No. Z25-17, McLean Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 91.08 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 26, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located in Planning District 26, west of County Road 3 and north of County Road 24. The applicant is asking to rezone to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, for residential use.
