Recommendation
Adopt Resolution #2025-084, which approves Case No. Z24-56, Greene Property  Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of approximately 0.50 acres, more or less, located in Planning (Zoning) District 35, from RSF-1, Residential Single-Family District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
 
Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RSF-1, Residential Single-Family District, and has a residence on it. The property is located on Keller Road. The adjoining property to the south is zoned RSF-1, Residential Single-Family District, and is used as residential. The property adjoining to the west is zoned RSF-1, Residential Single-Family District, and is used as residential. The property adjoining the north is the City of Foley and is used as commercial. The property adjoining to the east is zoned RSF-1, Residential Single-Family, and is currently being used as residential. The owner requests to rezone 0.50 acres from RSF-1, Residential Single-Family District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family.
 
Previous Commission action/date:  The Planning Commission considered this request at their February 6, 2025, meeting and voted 6-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
