STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Agreement with Vigilant Health Network, Inc. for employer sponsored near-site clinics and health management programs for employees who are enrolled in Baldwin County Commissions' health plan; and
2) Authorize a payment of $70,000.00 to Vigilant Health Network, Inc. for start-up fees in consideration of the commitments made and expenses incurred in recruiting, employing, and training staff, and in furnishing and equipping the Vigilant Clinics prior to the effective date.
The term of this Agreement shall be for three (3) years commencing on the first day that Vigilant Health Network, Inc. provides services to a member pursuant to the Agreement, or October 1, 2026, whichever is earlier.
