STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the specifications and authorize the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the purchase of one (1) new 2023 Ford F-150 4x4 Supercrew Truck or equivalent for the Baldwin County Commission; and
2) Further, authorize the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Commission approved the purchase of a new vehicle for the District 4 Commissioner in the FY 2023 Budget. Currently we are unable to purchase the vehicle on the State of Alabama Contract. Staff recommends the Commission approve the specifications and authorize the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid.
