STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-038 (amending Resolution #2025-086, adopted March 18, 2025), which approves Case No. PRD25-07, Two Lakes, as it pertains to the Planned Residential Development Modified Site Plan approval.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The development comprises approximately 40 acres within Planning District 30. Currently, the subject properties are zoned RV-2, Recreational Vehicle Park District. The applicant is requesting an amendment to the previously approved 114-lot Planned Residential Development Site Plan to allow two-story casitas.

 

Previous Commission action/date:  March 18, 2025 - Adopted Resolution #2025-086, which approved Case No. PRD24-10, Two Lakes Phases 1 & 2, as it pertains to the Planned Residential Development (PRD) Site Plan approval.
