BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: On July 28, 2026, a 2023 Caterpillar 308CR Excavator (VIN CAT00308CGG808658) located at the Area 300 Highway Facility was damaged. The total repair cost is $28,749.05. ACCA will reimburse the County $18,749.05, which reflects the remaining amount after the $10,000.00 deductible is applied. The repairs will be completed using the Omnia contract for both parts and labor.
