STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the promotion of Jason Brooks from the Operator Technician I position (#5624) grade 308 ($21.16 per hour / $44,012.80 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician II position (#5683) at a grade 309 ($22.85 per hour / $47,528.00 annually); and
2) Approve the promotion of David Higginbotham from the Operator Technician I position (#5434) grade 308 ($21.16 per hour / $44,012.80 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician II position (#567) at a grade 309 ($22.85 per hour / $47,528.00 annually); and
3) Approve the promotion of Harrell Grant from the Operator Technician I position (#5682) grade 308 ($21.67 per hour / $45,073.60 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician II position (#894) at a grade 309 ($23.40 per hour / $48,672.00 annually); and
4) Approve the promotion of Michael Porter from the Operator Technician I position (#638) grade 308 ($21.26 per hour / $44,220.80 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician II position (#354) at a grade 309 ($22.96 per hour / $47,756.80 annually); and
5) Approve the promotion of Randale Lankford from the Operator Technician Trainee position (#5459) grade 306 ($19.78 per hour / $41,142.40 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician I position (#643) at a grade 308 ($21.36 / $44,428.80 annually).
These actions shall be effective no sooner than November 2, 2026.
