Approve the promotion of Eric Drinkard from the Communications Technician III position (#5212) grade 313 ($24.99 per hour / $51,979.20 annually) to fill the open Systems Administrator position (#983) at a grade S316 ($58,656.00 annually), to be effective no sooner than January 13, 2025.
