STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Approve the Microsoft Volume Licensing Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and Microsoft and authorize Chairman to execute any related documents.

This agreement is effective October 1, 2024, and will expire September 30, 2027.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The Volume Licensing Enrollment is an Enterprise Agreement for qualified users along with hardware license needed to support Baldwin County Commission’s infrastructure.

 

Payment Schedule:

 

Year 1 - $946,418.37

Year 2 - $946,418.37

Year 3 - $946,418.37

Total:  $2,839,255.11
