STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the promotion of Johnathon Carter from the Construction Inspector II position (#1071) grade 313 ($27.79 per hour / $57,803.20 annually) to fill the Construction Inspector III position (#5793) at a grade 314 ($30.01 per hour / $62,420.80 annually); and
2) Approve the promotion of Archie Flowers from the Construction Inspector I position (#865) grade 312 ($25.90 per hour / $53,872.00 annually) to fill the Construction Inspector II position (#1071) at a grade 313 ($27.97 per hour / $58,177.60 annually).
These actions shall be effective no sooner than September 7, 2026.
