Select only one candidate for each slot. Individuals denoted by an (*) asterisk are the Authority’s recommendations for the appointments.
As related to the North Baldwin County Health Care Authority, take the following actions:
1) Appoint one of the following nominees as a member to place seat (Slot 3) currently held by Ms. Phyllis French, for a six (6) year term, said term commencing January 1, 2024, and expiring January 1, 2030:

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: 12/21/2021 - Last BCC Board appointment.
Background: On January 16, 2024, Commission staff received correspondence from The North Baldwin County Health Care Authority, including a certified copy of the Resolution (attached) adopted by the North Baldwin Health Care Authority on November 14, 2023, which submits said nominees to the Board of Directors of the Authority for Commission approval, as required by §22-21-352, Code of Alabama 1975.
The Authority is requesting the Commission re-appoint Phyllis French, Scotty Lewis, and Thomas “Archie” McMillan, Jr. for six-year terms on the board and all nominees have been verified as residents of Baldwin County.]
The Commission is required to choose only one (1) of the three (3) nominees for each seat or place that becomes vacant.
