BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date:
November 5, 2019 - The Commission awarded the quote to Wildlife Solutions, Inc., in the amount of $26,740.98 for the Prescribed Burn of 424.46 acres of “Pine Savannah” within the Baldwin County Mitigation Area in Gulf Shores, Alabama and authorized the Chairman to execute the Public Works Contract and Certificate of Compliance. (The contract shall be effective the same date as full execution after the notice to proceed and shall terminate on March 16, 2020)
Background: Due to unfavorable weather conditions for burning, Wildlife Solutions, Inc., has not completed the prescribed burn at the Baldwin County Mitigation Area.
